Matthew started his real estate career as a full time licensed Realtor at the age of 19. Prior to becoming licensed Matthew did two full years of co-op in Highschool gaining extensive knowledge with a hands on experience at an early age. Matthew is the team leader of the Matthew Fernandes Group and ensures his initial core values of honesty and trust are always upheld. He wants to ensure that every team member is going to give their clients the exact same advice that they would give to their family and friends. Since day one Matthew has always valued relationships over transactions, and will continue to do so. Before becoming a professional full time Realtor, Paul owned and ran his own commercial and residential contracting company. Paul has personally owned and renovated many homes over the years and has a keen eye for potential that properties have that may be overlooked by some when buying a property. Eleni is here to help our clients transform their home. Her many years of experience as a interior designer and project manager allow her to work with every home owner to efficiently transform their home and have it ready for the market.
